In March, we attended the Translation and Localization Conference 2017 in Warsaw, Poland for the first time. Sarah Henter gave a talk on translational work on clinical trials that was well attended. Find out more about next year’s conference on the organizer’s website.

In June, Sarah participated in the CIILE 2017 in Granada, Spain with a presentation on the educational quality of university training future translators and interpreters receive in different European countries, a subject that she also published a research article about in January of this year.

The next conference we are planning to attend is the ELIA Together, which will take place in Athens on the 22nd and 23rd of March 2018. We will also participate in that conference with a contribution about linguistic work on clinical trials.
